Noticeboard

The 2018 Patient Survey is now online and we would like to receive your response to questions on aspects of the planned purpose built medical centre as well as your views on self-care. The survey will be open until 15 February. The survey can be accessed from this link

New Patient Registration

You do not have to be a new-comer to the area to register with our surgery. If you are considering changing from your current practice, and fall in our catchment area, we would be happy to hear from you.

If you wish to register with our practice you may approach our receptionists who will guide you through the simple process of registration. You will be asked to complete a registration form and will be offered an appointment with one of our health-care assistants.

Your medical records which were held at your previous surgery will then be requested by us. Please note, this can take a little time unless your previous surgery had the ability to transfer records electronically.
